Winery description

Rooting to the land, transmitted from generation to generation with effort, dedication and sacrifice, cultivating the vine and making wines in a traditional way; led the Rivero Pardo family in 2017 to commission the construction of their new winery, protected under the certification of the Monterrei Denomination of Origin.

Currently they cultivate more than 5 hectares of their own vineyards (between white and red, in equal parts) in the town of Oimbra, located in the southwestern part of the Monterrei valley.

They have several plots but the largest are: Lavandeira (1.2Ha) and Tocos (2.5Ha).

Its wines (made from 100% own grapes), grown on granite and sandy soils, express the values inherited from the terroir, with aromas and flavours that are difficult to forget.

Quinta Soutullo prides itself that all the production of its wines is done by hand with great care which makes them produce a unique and unmatched wine.
