Garnacha
This type of fruit is very easy to grow and has a very good production, with a medium to large sized bunch.
It is one of the Galician reds with the most body, meatiness and a higher alcohol content. Depending on the area where it has been grown, variations in aroma and flavour are achieved. But it is dominated by nuts, roasted walnuts, blackcurrant and pepper.
